DURING YOUR STAY, WE POLITELY ASK THAT YOU COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES

CARD GUARANTEE & ACCOMMODATION PAYMENT

Payment for the accommodation will be taken in full on arrival along with a card taken as a guarantee for all incidentals and extras.

PACKAGE STAYS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Stays inclusive of an evening meal, have a set allocation of £25.00 or £30.00 per person for each evening of their stay. If £25.00 or £30.00 is exceeded the remaining balance will be charged on departure. Drink & alcohol are not inclusive of this offer and any dietary requirements must be stated at time of booking.

Spa / Golf packages are inclusive to your specific offer and are to be booked at time of booking.

Rates inclusive of breakfast include filtered tea / coffee and one option from the main breakfast menu.

NOISE

The comfort of our guests is a priority. We wish every guest a peaceful and enjoyable stay, noise complaints are taken very seriously. We kindly ask that all guests respect the comfort of others. If the noise in your room or in the common areas causes discomfort to other guests, you will be asked to reduce the noise level. We reserve the right to eject you from the premises and cancel the remainder of your stay in the event you fail to respect this policy. Non-resident guests are prohibited from visits to guest rooms from 22:00pm and must sign in at reception for health, safety and fire regulations.

SMOKING

All Saints Hotel has designated smoking areas and our staff will happily advise you of their location upon request. We reserve the right to charge the card you have used to secure your booking a £75.00 fee in respect of specialist cleaning costs in the event we suspect smoking has taken place in your room(s) during your stay. We will call the number you provide against your reservation 3 times and email the email provided 3 times over a 72 hour period to discuss with you personally. We will request you to return the call/email prior to charging the card you leave for all extras/incidentals charged against the room within 1 week of your departure.

DAMAGE

We kindly ask that all guests respect All Saints rooms and facilities. In the event of any damage to the room(s) including linen, carpets and soft furnishings during your stay or if any items are missing from you room(s) upon departure, we reserve the right to charge the card you have used to secure your booking a reasonable; minimum £75.00 fee in respect of such damage and/or missing items. We will call the number you provide against your reservation 3 times and email the email provided 3 times over a 72 hour period to discuss with you personally. We will request you to return the call/email prior to charging the card you leave for all extras/incidentals charged against the room within 1 week of your departure.

ACCIDENTS

Guests must report any accident or injury they or their guests may have whilst on the premises immediately to a member of management and in any event, within 24 of the incident. This information is needed in order to comply with health and safety obligations and for insurance purposes.

ANIMALS & PETS

All Saints Hotel is a pet free hotel in all areas. This is with exception to guide/hearing/PTSD working dogs.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

We kindly ask that you respect our other guests/staff and refrain from any improper, violent or abusive behaviour and any illegal conduct at all times during your stay. We reserve the right to remove from the premises and cancel the remainder of your stay in the event that you fail to respect this policy.

PARKING

We provide free parking here at All Saints Hotel. Users of the car park do so at their own risk. Management do not take responsibility for damage, accident or loss.

CANCELLATION

Should your circumstances change and you wish to cancel or change your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us no later than 48 hours prior to your arrival; otherwise you will incur a cancellation charge.

HOTEL PROPIETORS ACT

Any late cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date will be charged a one-night stay. No show or Early departure is subject to FULL entire length stay charge. Any amendments of reservations can be flexible, no later than 48 hours prior to arrival.
