DURING YOUR STAY, WE POLITELY ASK THAT YOU COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES. THESE CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL GUESTS OF ALL SAINTS HOTEL

HOTEL RULES

All guests shall comply with all rules and procedures in effect at All Saints Hotel. These include including but are not limited to; health and safety, security procedures and statutory requirements such as registration.

RESERVATIONS

All Saints Hotel reserve the right to refuse any booking for any good and fair reason.

Please note; rooms are subject to availability. We cannot pre allocate rooms for group bookings, rooms will be allocated via our internal systems.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES

Guests may check in from 15:00pm on the day of arrival.

Guests must check out no later than 11:00am on the day of departure. Failure to check out before 11:00am will entitle the hotel to charge an additional night.

CARD GUARANTEE & ACCOMMODATION PAYMENT

At the time of booking Credit or Debit card is required to secure your reservation. Payment in full is required at check – in.

PACKAGE STAYS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Stays inclusive of an evening meal, have a set allocation of £30.00 per person for each evening of their stay. If this amount is exceeded the remaining balance will be charged on departure. Drinks are not inclusive of this offer and any dietary requirements must be stated at time of booking.

Spa / Golf packages are inclusive to your specific offer and are to be confirmed at time of booking.

Rates inclusive of breakfast include filtered tea / coffee and one option from the main breakfast menu.

SPA BOOKINGS

Any payments made towards a spa day are non-refundable. However, if you need to change your appointment for one reason or another it’ll be transferred onto a voucher so you can redeem it against a future treatment or spa day.

Cancellations received more than 24 hours before a booked treatment or packages can be rescheduled at no additional charge. Cancellations received within 24 hours of a booked treatment or packages will require full payment.

We Kindly advise that you arrive 15 minutes before your treatment begins to allow time to get changed into your robe and slippers and fill out our short medical questionnaire. Please note your therapist may change due to sickness.

CANCELLATION

Should your circumstances change, and you need to cancel or change your stay, you must contact us no later than 48 hours prior to your arrival; otherwise, you will incur a cancellation charge. The cancellation charge is the full rate of your stay.

RELOCATION

In the unlikely event that All Saints Hotel does not, for any reason, have the required number or type of room available as per the booking, All Saints Hotel reserves the rights to change or seek third party accommodation or relocate the Client to an alternative hotel of similar standards without notice.

RIGHTS OF REFUSAL

All Saints Hotel reserve the rights to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably consider that the guest is under the influence of drink or substances, is unsuitable dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable manner.

NOISE / DISTURBANCE

The comfort of our guests is a priority. We wish every guest a peaceful and enjoyable stay; noise complaints are taken very seriously. We kindly ask that all guests respect the comfort of others. If the noise in your room or in common areas causes discomfort to other guests, you will be asked to reduce the noise level. We reserve the right to eject you from the premises and cancel the remainder of your stay in the event of non-compliance of this policy. Non-residents / residents are not prohibited to visit guest bedrooms after 22:00pm.

SMOKING

All Saints Hotel has designated smoking areas and our staff will happily advise you of their location upon request. We reserve the right to charge the card you have used to secure your booking a £100.00 fee in respect of specialist cleaning costs in the event we suspect smoking (including e-cigarettes) has taken place in your room(s) during your stay. We will call the telephone number and email the address you provide against your reservation 3 times over a 72-hour period to discuss this with you personally. We request you to us return the call/email prior to charging the card you leave for all extras/incidentals charged against the room within 1 week of your departure.

DAMAGE

We kindly ask that all guests respect All Saints Hotel rooms and facilities. In the event of any damage to the room(s) (including linen, carpets, and soft furnishings) during your stay or if any items are missing from your room(s) upon departure, we reserve the right to charge the card you have used to secure your booking reasonable; minimum £100.00 fee in respect of such damage and/or missing items.

REMOVAL OF HOTEL PROPERTY

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent.

The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges.

Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.

LOSSES & LIABILITIES

Guests must report any loss or damage to their property immediately to the Hotel and make themselves available to assist with any reports made by the Hotel to the police.

All Saints Hotel is not liable any loss or damage to property caused by the misconduct or negligence of a guest or an force majerure or where the guest remains in exclusive charge of the property concerned.

All Saints Hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this agreement if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Whilst all reasonable efforts have been taken by the Hotel to ensure that bookings made under this agreement are able to proceed, the Hotel reserves the right to relocate any booking to another hotel of similar size and standard. The client acknowledges that the Hotel accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to the client in consequence of the relocation of the client.

Guests will be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury they may cause at the Hotel.

These Conditions shall be governed by English law, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

TAMPERING WITH FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS AND FIRE FIGHTING

We reserve the right to act against any guest found to have tampered / interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas and bedrooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers.

Guests found to have tampered with any fire detection or firefighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the hotel due to their actions and additionally may be asked to leave the hotel. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the police may become involved at the hotel’s discretion.

Should the fact that firefighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.

ACCIDENTS

Guests must report any accident or injury they or their guests may have whilst on the premises immediately to a member of management and in any event, within 24 – hours of the incident. This information is required in order to comply with health and safety obligations and for insurance purposes.

ANIMALS & PETS

All Saints Hotel is a pet free hotel in all areas. This is with exception to guide/hearing/PTSD working dogs.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

We kindly ask that you respect our other guests/staff and refrain from any improper, violent or abusive behaviour and any illegal conduct at all times during your stay. We reserve the right to remove from the premises and cancel the remainder of your stay in the event that you fail to respect this policy.

PARKING

We provide free parking here at All Saints Hotel. Users of the car park do so at their own risk. Management do not take responsibility for damage, accident or loss.
