HOW ARE WE KEEPING YOU SAFE DURING COVID-19?

We are delighted to welcome you back to All Saints Hotel from Monday 17th May. To ensure the safety of our staff and visitors, we ask you to kindly read the below guidelines before your visit.

HOTEL RECEPTION

Visit us only if you’re feeling well.

Masks must be worn in all public areas

Please wait outside if there is a queue

Touchpoints sanitised throughout the day – All doors open to reduce contact with touchpoints.

THE VIEW RESTAURANT

We would strongly advised booking in advance as we have a limited capacity.

Masks are required when moving around the restaurant.

Table service ONLY – please do not order at the bar.

Tables will be distanced at 1 metre.

Tables are limited to 6 people or 2 households – for larger bookings we will split evenly to 6 per table.

Card payments only.

THE LODGE CAFE

Entry to The Lodge is through the patio doors, with a one way system exiting through the side door.

Before entering The Lodge, please wash your hands and on entry use the sanitiser provided.

It is table service ONLY. Staff will be with you as quickly as they can but there obviously may be a wait, so please be patient and polite. They are doing their best in these strange times.

Indoors, please remember the rule of 6 and avoid social interaction with anyone outside the group you are with, even if you see other people you know.

Capacity inside is limited so once tables are full, entry will not be allowed so please be patient.

Outdoors, gatherings of up to 30 people can take place.

When using the terrace, please use the stairs on the patio and exit down the garden stairs.

Tables & chairs have been spaced according to the guidelines, so please do not move them closer together.

Please do not return plates or empty glasses to the bar.

If a table has been used and not cleared, please do not use. Wait for a member of staff to clear and sanitise appropriately.

THE HEALTH HUB

All adult indoor classes are now able to resume.

Please check in via the Health Hub reception on arrival – you will be required to temperature check

All gym, swim and classes must be booked via the FitSense app to ensure a safe number of guests in each area at any one time.

Please arrive to your session gym/poolside ready.

There are boxes in the pool area for you to place your belongings.

Changing rooms are to be used solely for changing after your session.

Masks must be worn in the public areas of the hotel – these can be removed once at your session.

HEALTH HUB SPA

Mask must be worn entering the spa and in treatment.

All therapist will be wearing mask and visors at all times.

Deep clean in between clients to make sure the room is clean ready for the next client.

Cleaning of door handles and services between clients and touch points.

Screen are in place at the reception and manicure areas to protect the clients and staff.

All clients must have there temps checked before entering the spa.

Staff will have there temps checked through out the day.

We advise that clients use the hand sanitizer stations provided on entering and leaving the spa. To help ease the spread of coivid.

Clients that have any Covid symptoms must not enter the spa at all.

At the moment until May the 17th sauna and steam are shut.

No mixing inside the spa unless you are a couple or in the same bubble.

THE SUFFOLK GOLF CLUB

Golfers suffering from or showing symptoms of the COVID-19 infection must self isolate and stay away from the golf club. The length of time spent in self-isolation should be in line with government recommendations.

Vulnerable groups or those with underlying health issues should heed government advice to self-isolate.

Tee times will be at 8 minute intervals and MUST be booked in advance and all play will be in hole order from the 1st tee.

There will be NO roll up and play. You can of course book on the day of play.

Only one player is required to book a tee time but all names are needed.

Please change shoes in the car park and avoid locker rooms whenever possible.

Scorecards can now be handed out but not exchanged. Players will keep their group’s scores and verbal verification will be needed to confirm scores are accurate. Scorecards will not be handed in for processing.

It is mandatory for customers and staff to wear a face covering inside the Pro Shop and clubhouse. There are some exemptions to wearing face coverings including children under the age of 11 and those with certain disabilities – please refer to government guidance.

ALL players MUST check in at the Pro Shop.

Trolley hire will be available – Buggies can be pre-booked ONLY, a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Two members of the same household or social bubble may share buggies but otherwise they should be used by individuals only. Buggies will be sterilised after each round.

Locker rooms may be open for storage of golf clubs in allocated personal lockers – Showers are now open but whenever possible, players should still arrive changed for play and refrain from showering or changing in locker rooms.

Please socially distance (2 metres rule) throughout the round.

Always leave the flag in the hole. Do not touch the flag or cup when retrieving your ball. The cups have been adapted to assist with this.

Golfers should only pick their own ball up.

Do not share any equipment, golf clubs or rangefinders.

Spectators are permitted and must follow social distancing guidelines.

Both professional and non-professional caddies are permitted

Common courtesies – handshakes and embraces in accordance with the accepted etiquette of the game are to be avoided.

The shoe/trolley cleaner will be out of use.

Entry to the course will be under the terrace.

ALL SAINTS HOTEL EVENTS

If you are attending an event at All Saints Hotel, you will be required to temperature check and track and trace on arrival.

To ensure yours and other guests safety, social distancing must be observed and masks must be worn when moving around the venue.

Table service ONLY is required when ordering drinks.
