SPA MANAGER

We are looking for a Spa Manager who is as passionate about hospitality as we are to join our award-winning team at All Saints Hotel.
As Spa Manager, your aim will be to continually surpass expectations and lead a motivated and successful spa team, to deliver the very best in guest experience. Managing a team of Spa Therapists, Receptionists, and General Assistants, you will share your personal passion and knowledge, to develop the team, encouraging personal progression and training opportunities.
You will contribute to driving sales and revenue, budget management, stock control and reporting on the Spa’s financial performance, to include treatments, retail and membership.
The successful candidate for this role will be professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering 5* experiences to both spa guests, members and hotel residents. You will have progressed from a therapist background into a Management role in a similar environment.
FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE (plus tips)

Requirements: 2 years experience as waiting staff plus, at least 1 years experience working in a supervisory role
The main part of the role is to support our Front of House Managers and the team in the smooth running of the restaurant, cafe and event section. You will always establish and maintain excellent relations with our guests and work closely with the Kitchen’s needs.
You will have good organisational skills and able to work as part of a team. You must also be prepared to work in what is always a busy and ever-changing environment but all the while, motivating and leading a team when on shift. You must be also willing to work evening and weekends. Our shift patterns include breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Our supervisors must also be wiling to support all our food and beverage departments within the hotel setting.
FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER
£7.44 – £10.50 PER HOUR (plus tips)

All Saints Hotel are recruiting for experienced Front of House team members for The View Restaurant, The Lodge Cafe and our busy Events department.
The ideal candidates will have experience in either bar work (Cocktail making an advantage but not imperative as full training can be given), waiting and general front of house duties, be confident, a self motivator and willing to be flexible and adaptable.
Shifts will vary but will include breakfasts, evenings and weekends.
