DEPUTY HEAD HOUSEKEEPER
£24,500.00 per annum
40 hours per week – vary times between 7am – 9pm
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our exceptional Housekeeping Team at All Saints Resort, Hotel, Spa & Golf.
With the exciting expansion works now coming to an end, we are looking forward to introducing more members to our Housekeeping Team.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)
• Assist the Head housekeeper by providing leadership, support and motivation to the team and ensure we maintain our high standards of excellence.
• Training all housekeeping staff to comply with standards set out by All Saints Resort (induction, health & Safety, security, technical & behavioural)
• Health & Safety management
• To assist in allocations of rooms for servicing, stock control, ordering.
• Maintaining our high standard of cleanliness by completing room checks prior to guest arrival, whilst also ensuring staff are polite, courteous and look after guest needs.
• Collaborate with the Head housekeeper on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with all departments to develop a good working environment and to ensure guests experiences are positive and any issues are addressed promptly.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Have a welcoming, friendly, outgoing manner, whilst also having the ability to develop and motivate your team.
• Worked within a management capacity within the hospitality industry similar to the customer service sector. Preferably 4*
• Good Communication skills
• Good people management skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, health and safety procedures.
• Good Organizational skills, working to tight timeframes.
• A positive can-do attitude with a hands-on approach, supporting the frontline team and potentially cleaning rooms.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
