We are sorry for your loss at what must be a very difficult time, let us make this easier for you. All Saints Hotel offers a wonderful location to host a memorable wake for your special loved one, particularly as it is located only two miles from Risby Crematorium. With an array of private function suites, we can offer a more intimate occasion or for those with many we have our wonderful Landscape Suite, which can hold up to 180 for a buffet with its own private bar. Our experienced events team will be there from the moment you enquire, ensuring meticulous planning, sometimes with minimal time, allowing you and your family to concentrate on other matters at this difficult time.

Just a quick note to express sincere thanks for the celebration of life arranged by All Saints team. The food was superb both in quality and quantity and the staff attentive and helpful. We were fortunate enough to get married at All Saints in December 2022, and what a day it was!
From the moment we viewed All Saints, we fell in love. Hannah showed us around, and totally sold it to us. It was clear that All Saints was the venue for us.
We quickly booked our date (approx. 18 months ahead), and throughout the planning Melissa and Rosie were so helpful.
Melissa was our assigned coordinator, which we were thrilled about. Melissa was great for helping us come up with ideas and guiding us on what works, her support leading up to the wedding and the day before/day of/day after was just excellent. We felt like we could ask Melissa anything, and she’d do what she could to help us.
If Melissa was on a day off, Rosie was always such a good support. Rosie would be able to step in and help in Melissa’s absence, so it was so smooth and we felt in safe hands at all times.On the day, nothing was too much trouble. We had all 40 rooms booked out for our guests, and the hotel staff were brilliant! From reception, to housekeeping, to the kitchen staff… our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing and how polite the hotel staff were.
Our guests found their rooms really comfortable, the food was incredible (our guests didn’t go hungry!), and the bar staff were so friendly.
I also want to give a big thanks to Charlee for her support in managing the room bookings and being on hand for our guests at check in/check out. And even responding to an email on Christmas Day!
So overall, a huge thank you to everyone at All Saints for ensuring our day ran perfectly.
Me and My wife got married in August 2022, There are no words we can write that could even begin to describe just how perfect our day was. This was all down to the help, planning and organisation of all our wedding suppliers and everyone at the All saints Hotel in Bury St Edmunds. Rosie and Mel and their team were just flawless in everything they did. They were so professional and this made the biggest day of our lives the day we will never forget. We would highly recommend this venue and its team to anyone thinking of getting married.
Had my wedding here and the place is amazing and the staff are EXCELLENT it’s beautiful here would recommend to anyone and reasonable prices to love it definitely going back for a spa day to. Rosie was fantastic! Thank you so much All Saints Hotel.
From the beginning of the planning to the evening it’s self the events staff were very helpful. Their attitude was very much “if we can we will” Whether it was re locating our party’s bedrooms, so friends could be close together, writing our table plan on a huge mirror, or finding somewhere for us to take a few extra photographs.
The hotel is modern but pleasantly decorated.
The bedrooms were fairly simple but comfortable.
The room where we we held the Reception was spacious & in neutral colours. The staff decorated it for us according to our directions & used their initiative to make it look even better. The mirror with the table plan on it was Melissa’s idea & very effective
The food for the Reception was very good.
We used the Spa the day before, & after. It’s very pleasant, the outdoor hot tub particularly nice on a sunny winter day. The therapists who did our treatments were welcoming & the make up artist who did my make up did an excellent job, it lasted more than 12 hours & still looked good at the end of that time.
Particular thanks are due to Rosie & Melissa.
