Our room was upgraded to the executive suite for no extra charge to accommodate my husband mobility scooter The room was huge and luxurious Our full English breakfast was extremely tasty and good quality Also access to continue buffet First class.
I had a full body massage with Sue this morning. It was the BEST message I’ve ever had. I felt so relaxed and dreamy during and after and the oils used smelt amazing. I have already booked for another next month. Sue is lovely and friendly and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. Thank you x
Just a quick note to express sincere thanks for the celebration of life arranged by All Saints team. The food was superb both in quality and quantity and the staff attentive and helpful. Could not have done better. I would have no hesitation in recommending All Saints to anyone else A stressful time was made so much easier, so it became an enjoyable event on the day.
Absolutely wonderful overnight spa break to celebrate my mum’s birthday, we both agreed that the full body massage was by far the best massage we’ve ever had, a special thanks to Helen & Kathy in the spa, who are both amazing at their jobs! The food was all delicious too and a special surprise was being upgraded to the executive suite, it’s our third time here and we’ll absolutely be coming back time and time again.
The team at All Saints organised an event for us and were kind and efficient throughout – making the room look lovely, helping with music and the staff team welcomed everyone in.

What a hidden gem. We only stayed one night, but we wished we had booked for longer. The staff from reception, in the swimming changing rooms, to the breakfast staff (Bianca) were so lovely! The room was clean and very large. Great facilities to use, especially the gym. Breakfast had various choices and tasted delicious. We highly recommend a stay here and cannot wait to visit again.
Had a quick business trip in Bury Saint Edmunds. The All Saints Hotel was perfect! Very clean rooms, i slept like a baby in their comfy beds. They also have a wonderful restaurant on sight. Food was amazing! Staff was amazing ! Would definitely stay again!
After a long day at work I was extremely tired and hungry. The greeting at the reception was warm and welcoming. The staff in the restaurant catered so well for my dietary requirements.
A great hotel to stay and next time i will ensure I use the swimming pool as I do enjoy swimming.
